The Backoffice
Behind the scenes, you will find a modern and scalable Backoffice administration panel, which
was especially developed for the print and media industry. With over 10 years of professional
experience and over 110 installations, the print service provider can trust in a scalable and proven
system.
All orders from the 3P Desktop/Online Designers are uploaded to the 3P Online Backoffice. Orders, Accounts and Contacts list views can be viewed, edited, sorted, filtered and searched. A click on a row opens the respective detail view.

Order management
The order detail view can be reached directly
from the order list view, by entering a purchase
order code or by scanning a barcode. From the
detail view, you can create mailings and PDF
documents, such as package and delivery
receipts. The underlying form templates can be
created with an included template designer.
Order Status and Production
Within the detail view, you can manually change the status of a job position. A change of status is then displayed in the store front to the customer. The change may also trigger a defined action in the Action Management of the 3P Suite, such as the transfer of production data to the production workflow, or the automatic sending of emails.

Download connector
The 3P download conncector automatically retrieves all orders from the 3P Online Backoffice. The
client performs automatic file downloads and OPI renderings. PDF and JDF-files will then be
copied to the specified production folder of the production unit (e.g. (KODAK NexPress).
E-mails, invoices, job tickets
The complete communication wirth you client will be automaticly done by the 3P Suite. For each order status you are able to edit templates. Invoices, delivery notes and job tickets wil also generate automaticly from templates.

Newsletter module
Inform your customers about special offers or new products with the integrated E-Mail Marketing (Newsletter) tool. Course quite sure be using the Double--Opt-In procedure.
Voucher-System
A complete voucher-system is available or advertising or seasonal promotions. To track you marketing activities statisiks are available.
